The space
Welcome to our warm and spacious alpine lodge, designed for relaxing getaways with family and friends. Nestled near Queenstown with breathtaking lake and mountain views, the home offers plenty of space to spread out and unwind.
Inside, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms: one with a super king bed, one queen, one double, and a room with two singles. There’s also a bright conservatory that functions as an additional sleeping space, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and a single ottoman futon.
Our home includes two large living areas, each with cozy seating and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or quiet mornings with a view. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining, and the open layout makes it easy to spend time together.
Keeping you warm is a priority! We have an amazing gas fireplace, but the main source of warmth is our ducted central heating with room-by-room zone control. You’ll be able to change the temperature in each room easily through our centralized smart-house portal.
Outside, enjoy a large deck with a dining table, outdoor couches, fireplace, charcoal BBQ, and a private cedar spa pool / hot tub, making it the perfect place to unwind while taking in the stunning alpine and lake scenery. Our private gated driveway provides plenty of off-street parking, making it easy for families and groups traveling with multiple vehicles.
We are about a 25-minute walk to the centre of Queenstown.
Whether you’re here for the ski slopes, golfing, hiking, or to bask in the views, this is the perfect base for your Queenstown adventure.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to our entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, deck, spa/hot tub, and outdoor spaces. The only exception is the garage, which is locked and reserved for owner storage. You’ll have private use of the gated driveway with plenty of parking available.
Other things to note
This is our family home, and we’re grateful to share it with respectful guests. Please treat the space with care, as you would your own. No parties or events. Keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings, and be mindful of our neighbors. We love this home and ask that you help us keep it beautiful for others to enjoy too.

Noise decibel monitors on propertyTo help us honor our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, we have a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels but DOES NOT record audio. We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a respectful level, especially in the evenings and on the deck. No parties, please.

Exterior security cameras on propertyWe have four exterior cameras: a front doorbell and driveway camera, one facing the deck, and one facing the back patio. All cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not capture indoor or private spaces. They are not used for guest surveillance and are in place solely for security purposes.
